The build quality is very high. I originally bought an external 2×2 antenna for a modem, but I tested it with the RUTM54. I used two internal stock antennas together with the QuPanel 5G LTE Global MIMO 2×2. The cell tower is not far away, no more than 500 meters, but a forested area blocks the direct line of sight. Inside the house, using mobile devices and the modem’s internal antennas, the peak‑hour download speed was only 15–20 Mbps, and the upload speed didn’t exceed 5 Mbps. After connecting the external antenna mounted outside at a height of 4–5 meters, the download speed increased to 70–75 Mbps, and the upload speed to 15–17 Mbps. The ping also decreased. At night, after midnight, the download speed often reaches around 270 Mbps, while the upload speed stays within about 80 Mbps(Tele2). The ping doesn’t exceed 30 ms, and the jitter is usually around 5–7 ms. I’m planning to buy the QuPanel 5G LTE Global MIMO 4×4. It’s expensive, but definitely worth it.
